  • Results from waxing services may vary by individual

  • We cannot guarantee specific results, but our experienced specialists are committed to providing you with the smoothest possible outcome for your skin type

  • Service duration times are approximate and may vary based on individual needs

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions and medications

  • Certain medical conditions may contraindicate waxing services

  • A patch test is recommended for first-time clients

  • We follow all California State Board and Arizona State Board sanitation protocols and safety guidelines

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

  • Appointments can be booked through the Fresha platform or via text

  • Twenty-four hour cancellation notice is required

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges

  • We reserve the right to require pre-payment for services

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

  • All prices are subject to change without notice

  • Prices are based on time, area size, and complexity of service

  • We comply with California gender pricing laws

  • Payment is required at time of service

SCOPE OF SERVICES

  • We exclusively provide waxing services using  premium hard wax and products

  • Services are by appointment only

  • We maintain a private, upscale waxing experience

LIABILITY

  • We are not liable for any adverse reactions or complications

  • Clients assume all risks associated with waxing services

  • We maintain appropriate liability insurance as required by law

  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited
