Twenty-five years ago, Tambra began her beauty career in CA when she became a licensed cosmetologist in 2000, starting with hair services like so many in the industry. In August of 2000 she moved to AZ and continued her beauty career. By 2004, she had found her independence as a stylist, building her own clientele and honing her craft.

But in 2014, everything changed. Tambra discovered her true calling when she became a speed waxer and trainer with a popular waxing chain. This wasn't just a new skill - it was a revelation. She had found her specialty, and she was exceptional at it.

Armed with this expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, Tambra launched Top to Bottom Hair and Body Boutique LLC in 2017 in Tempe, AZ. In 2018 she moved the Boutique to the Phoenix location. Initially, she offered both hair and waxing services, but something interesting began to happen. Her waxing clients kept coming back, referring friends, and raving about her technique. Meanwhile, her passion for precision waxing continued to grow.

Over the years, Tambra made a strategic decision that many business owners struggle with - she began phasing out hair services to focus entirely on what she did best. Today, she maintains only a handful of loyal hair clients in Phoenix while dedicating her expertise to building something bigger.

By May 2025 she had been traveling back and forth from AZ to CA since 2022, Tambra's vision crystallized. She recognized that "Top to Bottom Hair and Body Boutique LLC" no longer represented what her business had become. Her clients weren't coming for a general beauty boutique experience - they were coming for luxury waxing expertise.

The transformation into T2B Wax Room wasn't just a rebrand; it was the birth of a focused luxury concept. She and her friend Laura created a sleek new identity with a sophisticated logo featuring rose gold and platinum metallic "T2B" lettering, maintaining the "Est. 2017" heritage while clearly positioning the business as "Wax Room."

T2B Wax Room now operates as its own entity - a luxury waxing suite providing full-body waxing services in an elegant, sophisticated setting. This focused approach, and help from her Fiancee' opened the door for expansion, leading to the Sacramento location.
